How it works

Three mechanisms.
One outcome.

01

Restores testosterone

Testosterone cypionate weekly IM injection raises serum T to optimal range (800–1100 ng/dL) — the level typical of a healthy 25-year-old.

02

Protects fertility

HCG injections preserve testicular function and endogenous hormone production. Critical if you want to maintain the option of children.

03

Manages conversion

Where needed, anastrozole controls estrogen conversion from excess T. Prevents side effects, maintains mood balance.

Questions

Answered.

Will I become dependent?+

TRT suppresses your body's endogenous testosterone production. Stopping after long-term use causes a temporary low-T period (months to a year) before baseline returns. HCG helps preserve function and recovery.

Do I need TRT if I'm under 40?+

Only if labs confirm clinically low testosterone (typically <300 ng/dL total with symptoms). Your clinician reviews 2+ blood draws before prescribing.

Does it cause hair loss or acne?+

It can in some men. Usually managed by adjusting dose or adding finasteride (see Hair Protocol) and minor skincare.

How do injections work?+

Self-administered weekly. Your clinician walks you through the technique. Most men find it easier than daily pills.
