PM Protocol.
Rx night compound
The hardest-working step in your routine. A compounded nightly treatment combining four prescription and clinical-grade actives, designed to accelerate cellular renewal while you sleep.
What it does,
biologically.
PM Protocol works on four mechanisms simultaneously — that's why it outperforms any single-active OTC serum.
Accelerates cell turnover
Tretinoin reduces the keratinocyte cycle from ~28 to ~14 days. New skin reaches the surface faster.
Evens pigmentation
Azelaic acid inhibits tyrosinase, the enzyme producing melanin in dark spots and post-acne marks.
Protects the barrier
Niacinamide reduces transepidermal water loss and softens tretinoin's irritation, keeping the Rx tolerable.
Supports overnight repair
GHK-Cu, a copper peptide, supports collagen synthesis and the wound-healing cascade overnight.
Nightly. One step.
PM Protocol replaces your serum, treatment, and retinol — all in a single nightly application. Do not layer other actives.
Always apply to fully dry skin — damp skin causes 3–5x more irritation. Wait 10 minutes after cleansing before applying.
Gentle, non-exfoliating cleanser. Pat dry, don't rub.
Skin must be fully dry. Damp = irritation.
Forehead, cheeks, chin. Avoid eye area, nostrils, lips.
No layering. The Rx needs the night. Moisturizer in the morning, not after PM.
The 12-week arc.
Adjustment
Mild dryness and flaking are normal. Your skin is adjusting to accelerated turnover.
Purging (some)
Pre-existing microcomedones surface and clear. Breakouts temporary. Stay consistent.
Visible change
Smoother texture, even tone, brighter complexion. First "compliments at the office" window.
Compounding
Fine lines, deep pigmentation, and firmness all improve with continued use. Benefits stack.
Answered.
Is this a real prescription? +
Yes. After intake, a US-licensed clinician reviews your profile and writes a prescription where clinically appropriate. Your compound is dispensed by a 503A licensed pharmacy.
Can I use PM Protocol with retinol, AHAs, or other actives? +
No. PM Protocol is a complete Rx treatment. Layering other actives creates over-exfoliation and barrier damage. If you currently use actives, stop them before starting.
What if I miss a night? +
Normal. Miss up to 2 nights without impact — just resume at normal strength. More than 7 nights off and you'll want to restart at a slightly lower frequency to avoid irritation.
Can I use PM Protocol during pregnancy or breastfeeding? +
No. Tretinoin is contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Intake screens for this and your clinician will not prescribe if applicable.
Do I need the AM and SPF protocols too? +
SPF: yes, non-negotiable — tretinoin makes skin sun-sensitive and unprotected use will reverse results. AM Protocol: highly recommended but optional. It softens Rx irritation and supports collagen.
Side effects? +
Most common: dryness, flaking, redness, initial breakouts (first 2–6 weeks). Rare: severe irritation, contact dermatitis. Message your clinician anytime if anything feels off — strength can be adjusted.
